US markets on MochaTrade
Public product descriptions emphasize US stock-price exposure from India. Popular references include NVIDIA (NVDA), Apple (AAPL), Tesla (TSLA), Microsoft (MSFT) and other widely followed companies. Actual contract listings can change.
These are derivative reference prices, not purchases of registered stock. A derivative position does not confer company voting rights, share ownership or the right to dividends.
Go long or short
A long derivative position benefits when the reference price rises, other factors equal. A short derivative position benefits when it falls. Both can incur fees and funding costs and can be liquidated if margin is insufficient.
Leverage magnifies gains and losses. The loss on a leveraged trade can be substantially larger than a simple unleveraged price move.
24/7 access versus traditional exchange hours
Mochatrade has promoted extended or round-the-clock trading in price-tracking perpetual products. The actual reference share may trade on US exchanges during specified sessions, but derivative price discovery can occur outside those hours.
This creates basis, pricing, spread and liquidity risks. Derivative prices may not perfectly match an exchange-traded share at a particular moment.
US stock tokens and ownership
Searches for Mochatrade US Markets, MochaTrade US Stocks, Stock Tokens, US Stock Perpetuals and Trading US Markets in INR often overlap. The important distinction is whether an instrument provides exposure to price changes or ownership of the asset.
Check the individual instrument terms carefully.
